COVID 19 Info

It is extremely important to us that all patients feel safe when coming for their podiatry appointment. We want to reassure all of our patients that every possible measure is being carried out to protect you during your visit.

Steps we are carrying out to ensure your safety...

We are carrying out a deep clean of our clinical and reception areas on a daily basis along with our treatments rooms being decontaminated prior to patient entry and exit.

We have staggered our appointment times to allow for patients to arrive and leave safely following social distancing guidance.

We no longer have a waiting room, therefore it is crucial that patients arrival on time to once again follow social distancing measures.

All podiatrist and reception staff will be wearing PPE following the College of Podiatry guidelines for the duration of your appointment.

Other measures we have implemented are as follows:

  • All patients will be screened via telephone prior to their appointment.
  • You will be requested to wear a mask or face covering throughout your time within the clinic.
  • Upon entering the clinic, you asked to use the hand sanitiser provided or wash your hand at allocated wash hand basin.
  • Your temperature will be taken prior to your treatment.
  • Upon arrival to your appointment, your podiatrist will let you into the clinic and guide you to the clinical treatment room.
  • Before treatment is carried out portable screens will be placed between patient and podiatrist and will remain in situ for the duration of the appointment.
  • Contactless payment is available and our preferably method of payment.
  • Patients will be asked to once again sanitise their hands on exit of the clinic.
